He has a proven track record of developing and commercializing new technologies, and has been directly involved in software products that continue to solve major industry problems and generate over $100m per year in revenue. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, Rich was the founder and CEO of DynamicOps, a cloud automation software company that was acquired by VMware in 2012. He also held executive roles at companies like Incipient, Continuum Software, Conley Corporation, and Discreet Logic’s Stone+Wire Division.

As Chief Technology Officer at Hospital IQ, Tim builds and manages high-performance engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions by harnessing the power of complex methodologies. He has a proven track record for improving operational efficiency while working at McKinsey & Company, Dell, and consulting for Boston-area hospitals. He has served in key technical and product leadership roles at EMC, Iron Mountain and Google. As an MIT Fellow in the Leaders for Global Operations program, he won the Best Thesis award for his work in improving operational efficiency using analytics, optimization, and intuitive visualizations.
Tim earned his MS and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his AB from Harvard University.
As the EVP, Business Development of Hospital IQ, JD builds and nurtures relationships with leading healthcare software companies and top healthcare consulting firms. He has deep experience in building effective sales and operational teams. Throughout his career, he has created and scaled partnerships for companies like GlassHouse Technologies, Lexalytics, Bluefish Communications, and LightSpeed Software.
JD holds his MBA from Cornell University and his BA from Trinity College in Connecticut.
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer, Jason is the driving force behind Hospital IQ’s product strategy. He brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare technology, data and analytics, and product management. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, he was the VP of Product Management for TeleTracking Technologies, where he developed product strategy and strategic launches for the company’s product portfolio.

As the Chief Commercial Officer, Nate draws on more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations to lead the sales, sales operations, business development, and clinical solutions teams. Most recently, Nate was the Vice President and General Manager of Cerner’s Health Networks, where he was responsible for over $200M in annual sales in the US. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Health Operations at Cerner, responsible for product management, development, and go-to-market of Cerner’s capacity management, RTLS, and workforce management products. Nate has a strong understanding of Hospital IQ’s products and value and an entrepreneurial spirit that will drive continued growth.
Nate earned his MBA from the Crosby MBA program at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business and his BS from the University of Minnesota.
Ben brings over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative and disruptive consumer products to market. He manages the transformation of raw customer data into actionable changes in healthcare operations. Prior to Hospital IQ, he was co-founder and CTO of Ambient Devices and has led software and design teams for Disney, The Simpsons, Warner Brothers/Looney Tunes, Sesame Street, and Paramount.
Ben received his MAS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab and his BA from Cornell University.
Louisy Raymond is VP, Marketing at Hospital IQ. With 20 years of deep marketing expertise and healthcare knowledge, she drives marketing initiatives that help increase brand awareness and revenue. Before joining Hospital IQ, she was the Co-President and Co-founder of Parceed, leading customer acquisition, sales, and partnership development. In addition, Louisy guided marketing teams at large and growth-stage healthcare organizations, including WebMD, Healthify, and Zipari, where she leveraged her operations and data analytics skills to scale marketing through periods of rapid and intense growth.

Vice President, Workforce
Bryan has worked for healthcare workforce management for over 30 years with extensive experience in time and attendance, scheduling, patient classification, Payroll/HR and Talent Management. He is a thought leader and champion for the need to bring healthcare labor management to the modern world by focusing making the life better for those providing care to the consumers of care. Over the course of his career, he has worked with customers to define product strategies, developed and managed product growth plans, and successfully launched new products to market.
Shawn is the VP, Client Services and CNO for Hospital IQ. She is a Registered Nurse and has more than 30 years combined clinical and consulting experience. Her expertise includes healthcare administrative leadership, clinical transformation, process redesign, quality improvement and cost structure improvements in Surgical, Emergency, Endoscopy, Critical Care, Anesthesia services and Care Coordination in a variety of healthcare provider settings. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, Shawn was a Director at Price Waterhouse Coopers’ Health Advisory practice where she led operational and financial improvement engagements at a number of health systems.
Shawn earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix, and her BSN from Emmanuel College.
As Vice President of Sales, Greg brings 30 years of experience working with healthcare organizations to improve their operational performance. He has effectively led sales organizations in healthcare information technology, supply chain management, cardiology, and the capital equipment sector. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, Greg was the SVP of Compass Health where he was responsible for managing all commercial functions of the organization. Before that, he was the Vice President of Commercial Operations and Business Development at Linet Americas where he successfully transformed the company from the formative start-up phase to the normative growth stage resulting in 275% growth in 3 years. Earlier in his career, Greg worked for such brands as ScottCare, Inc., Hill-Rom, Inc. and Mediq, Inc. Throughout his career, Greg has successfully built and developed strong teams that work together to deliver results.

VP, Implementation Services
As VP, Implementation Services at Hospital IQ, Peter helps Hospital IQ scale by ensuring that the solutions are being deployed timely, integrated into the day-to-day operating environment and are attaining continuous impact. Peter brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare IT, SaaS analytics, and service delivery. Throughout his career he has been responsible for driving implementation for a number of growing healthcare software companies including Sentillion, Patient Keeper and MedVentive/McKesson. Working most recently at Cedar Gate Technologies, Peter’s teams have consistently driven process and efficiency, while keeping the focus on meeting/exceeding client expectations. Peter holds his MBA from Suffolk University and his BA from American University.
Senior Director, Strategy and Operations
As the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations at Hospital IQ, Nathan is responsible for driving go-to-market activities across Hospital IQ’s portfolio of solutions. He brings over 20 years of product marketing, product management, and cross-functional leadership experience. Throughout his career, Nathan has managed and grown flagship products, identified and defined new products, developed strategic markets, and built and managed teams in multiple industry-leading, advanced technology organizations such as Bayer Healthcare, TeleTracking Technologies, and Draeger Safety.
Nathan earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and his BS from Penn State University.
Joanna Munier is VP, Finance at Hospital IQ. She joined the company as the lead Financial Business Partner and will interact with the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Investors to grow the organization and improve financial results.
She brings over 20 years of SaaS operational experience to Hospital IQ, has expertise scaling and expanding PE/Venture backed growth-stage enterprises, and excels at working through challenges of rapid growth environments which include rapid periods of change.
Before joining Hospital IQ, she served as CFO for Lux Research, where she was recruited to provide operational stability and finance strategy for offices across the US, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Japan. Prior to Lux, she was the VP of Finance/Global Controller at Exari, where she managed Finance Operations for offices in the UK, Australia, and Norway. She started in the software industry at Passkey International, where she served on the Executive Committee as the Global Controller, leading financial reporting and compliance across the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
She began her career in the hospitality industry and spent several years in operating and finance roles at Ritz-Carlton and Wyndham International, concluding her hospitality career as Regional Controller, leading a team of 60+ professionals.

Senior Director, Perioperative SBU
Kim is the Senior Director, Perioperative SBU, and brings over 10 years of healthcare industry experience to Hospital IQ. As a trusted advisor, she partners with clients to align business objectives with product capabilities to drive measurable improvement. Prior to coming to Hospital IQ, Kim was a Senior Manager in PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Health Advisory practice where she led strategic and transformational initiatives in hospitals and health systems across the country. Using data to pinpoint opportunities across perioperative areas, Kim has designed and executed strategies to increase efficiency and drive sustainable financial outcomes.
Kim earned her MPH from Emory University and her BA from the University of South Carolina.
