Senior UI-UX Product Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX product designer to join our quest to improve the efficiency and happiness of healthcare workers. As a key member of the product development team, you will help us get closer to the ideal user experience with each subsequent release for existing and new users alike.

Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Rapidly iterate through design solutions with diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Establish and maintain design standards
  • Participate in our agile development process alongside product managers, engineers, and data scientists
  • Ensure the software ergonomically fits into hospital workflows
  • Contribute to strategic decisions on which features to pursue and how they should work
  • Visit client sites to see firsthand what improvements can be made
  • Give and solicit feedback to continually raise the bar on UX
  • Conduct user research and usability tests
  • Define taxonomies and organizing structures for standard functionality as well as hospital and user-specific customization

  • Exposure to or mission-driven interest in working on software for the healthcare industry
