Prior to founding the Firm in 1973, Mr. Becker was associated with the Wall Street law firm of Shearman & Sterling, where he concentrated on corporate law.

Dr. Bialek is a senior healthcare industry expert and manager with over 25 years of experience as a physician, executive, academic and consultant. Dr. Bialek’s extensive experience includes being the Chief Medical Officer of iVantage Health Analytics/Galloway Consulting, Partner at PCD Partners, Senior Executive Physician Consultant at Dearborn Advisors, Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group, CEO of Alliance Medical Practices (primary care physician management) and CEO of Paradigm Medical Teams & Affiliates (hospital-based physician management). Dr. Bialek was also the Chairman, Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at Quincy Hospital. He also held various faculty roles at Harvard University and Cambridge.

Don earned a BSc from the University of Maryland, an MD from the University of Minnesota and an MPH from Harvard University. He completed advanced management studies at Harvard Business School and a fellowship in Medical Informatics in the Harvard/MIT program sponsored by the US National Institute of Health.

Dr. Lewis is the past President of Anesthesia Associates of Massachusetts (AAM), one of the largest anesthesia practices in the country and currently a Vice President of Plexus Management Group, Inc., AAMs consulting firm he formed with his partners. Dr. Lewis chairs multiple committees including the Medication Safety and Quality Committee, Surgical Robotics Committee, Simulation Committee, Perioperative Services Guidance Team and is Director of the Operating Room Executive Committee. Dr. Lewis is involved in creating OR’s of the Future and developing new health care approaches to streamline patient flow and avoid waits and delays. Dr. Lewis lectures around the country on OR management topics including open vs. block scheduling, managing flow and variability, strategies to minimize risk and positioning your ORs for the future. Dr. Lewis has been involved with the IHI, IHO, and the Joint Commission in presentations on managing flow and variability. In addition, Dr. Lewis was instrumental in the design of the Moakley Ambulatory Surgery Center at Boston Medical Center which is a state-of-the-art facility showcasing new and creative innovations.

Keith is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in 1976.

Jay Srini is experienced healthcare IT executive and advisor as well as internationally known speaker having chaired several national and regional HIT conferences. She is currently working with startup companies and other established organizations on HIT business development, strategy and expansion. She is also the CIO of the molecular diagnostics firm KEWGroup. Previous roles include Chief Innovation Officer for UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) Insurance Services Division, Vice President of Emerging Technologies for UPMC Corporate and Managing Director for e-Health Initiatives at Internet Venture Works. Jay has provided strategic advice to senior executives at companies such as Orion, Lockheed Martin, Emendo (sold to Mckesson) and Mmodal (sold to Medquist). She currently serves on the board of Medrespond, Lifewire and PRHI as well as the advisory board of Axiomhealth, Symphony and several nonprofit healthcare organizations. In addition, she serves on the advisory board of growth equity firm Health Enterprise Partners. She also is on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh as an Adjunct Associate Professor where she is an advisor at the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center.

Jay earned a Master’s in Computer Science from New York University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Bucknell University and completed executive education from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Michael J. Zinner, M.D. has more than four decades of clinical and executive healthcare leadership experience. Dr. Zinner is the Founding CEO and Executive Medical Director of the Miami Cancer Institute, a member of the Baptist Health South Florida Health System. Prior to that, he was the Moseley Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, the Surgeon-in-Chief at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the Clinical Director of the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center and the Founder of Harvard Medical School’s Center for Surgery and Public Health. Dr. Zinner’s distinguished career also includes serving on the Board of Directors of Partners HealthCare System and the Sisters of Mercy Health System. He was also the Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Co-director of the Gastrointestinal Service at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Chairman of the Department of Surgery at UCLA Medical School and Medical Center.

Dr. Zinner has authored more than 230 academic papers and is a member of the editorial boards of Annals of Surgery, Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery and the Journal of the American College of Surgeons.
